Directions to Swann’s Nest from Knoxville and I-75 South:
Leave I-75 at Exit 113-Paris/Lexington. Turn Right on Paris Pike South. Continue to
US 60 By-Pass same as Circle 4 West follow the signs to Blue Grass Parkway, Airport
and Keeneland Race Course. Take Exit 5b, Versailles Road, US 60 west. There will
be two traffic signals the first is Man-O-War/Airport. The second is Keeneland’s entrance.
Take the second right past the Keeneland light. There is a Baptist Church on the corner
of Rosalie Road. Continue down Rosalie Road .5 mile, on the left you will see a white
swan planter and the Swann’s Nest sign. You will have to have a gate code to enter
the farm. Please call ahead for that code.
Directions to Swann’s Nest from Cincinnati and I-75 North:
Leave I-75 at Exit 115-Newtown/Lexington. Turn right on Newtown Pike. Continue to
US60 By-Pass same as Circle 4 west follow the signs to BG Parkway, Airport and

Take US 60 East following the Lexington signs. There will be a castle on the left that
is a landmark. Take the second left past the castle at the Baptist Church. That is
Rosalie Road continue down Rosalie Road for .05 miles. On the left you will see a
white swan planter and the Swann’s Nest sign. You will have to have a gate code to
enter the farm. Please call ahead for that code.
