Swann’s Nest is now accepting
reservations for the 2010 FEI Games
We have initiated some policies in
order to remain competitive with other organizations in our area and to provide
the best service possible for our guests.
It is our understanding that their
will be a pick up point at Keeneland Race Course for shuttle service onto the
Horse Park grounds (valid ticket for that day’s event necessary for
transportation). We are located less than five minutes from this pickup point.

Swann's Nest Policies Regarding FEI Games
Four(4) Night Minimum Required
Twenty percent (20%) non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation. Will be applied to balance at time of payment in full.
Valid credit card necessary through July 2010
Ninety (90) day cancellation policy on all reservations
Credit Cards will be submitted for payment in full on July 1, 2010
Room rates are as follows:
Suite $499.00 + tax per night - Occupancy (2)
$50.00 per night for 1 additional person Maximum (3)
Bedroom in Main House $379.00 + tax per night Maximum Occupancy(2)
Breakfast for each guest is included in rate.
